If you’re lacking time or are looking to tone all-over (let’s face it, who isnt?), then you’ve come to the right place. Today I’ve got some great exercises that work your whole body at once!

Make no mistake. This is NOT a full-body workout.

Meaning, I wouldn’t do all of these exercises during one workout because many target similar areas.

But these are great full-body exercises to add into your normal workout routine or to use in place of other, more targeted exercises.

Before I get into this post, you need to know that I’m a stickler for specifics. I’ve always been one to follow instructions to a T.

Having actually had OCD as a kid, I think that’s where it stems from.

So I just want you to know that no, I’m not a weirdo staring around the gym, silently criticizing all the hard-working people in there. That would be absolutely awful! I’m so happy to see a gym full of people at all different fitness stages. But I can’t help but notice when someone’s doing something wrong or inefficiently.

I am a personal trainer, after all. And I became one to share exercise knowledge with as many people as I can.

So I’m here today to tell you what I see most often so you won’t make those same mistakes.

Protein powder has gone from “bodybuilder’s only” to a staple in many Americans’ pantries. You can even find it taking up a whole row in the average grocery store.

Nowadays it seems like everyone and their grandmother is using it, but is that wise? Is protein powder good for your health? And if so, how should it even be used? Is there a certain kind that’s best, a perfect time of day, an ideal amount?

Not gonna lie, protein powder confused me for the longest time. I actually avoided jumping on the bandwagon for a while simply because it can be so expensive. Now I have a couple protein powders that I LOVE (I’ll get to that) and use pretty frequently. I will say, it took me a long time to find even one I trusted.
