Hi, I’m Cedar! I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Weight Loss Specialist, who also happens to be a Registered Nurse.

Achieving fitness goals nowadays feels more challenging than ever before. With so many apps, gyms, boutiques, and pills making you promises and not following through, it’s hard to feel confident in anything actually working. Many people may be able to start towards a fitness goal, only to lack the information and support they ultimately need to keep going.
But if I’ve learned anything from my certifications, it’s that fitness all comes down to science. There are no magic pills or 30-day juice cleanses that will get you your results.
It’s doing the best exercises, with the best form, using the best weights, for the best amount of sets and reps, for the best amount of days, using the best amount of rest, and with the best proportion of cardio to strength training. It’s balancing just the right amount of variety to keep your body burning. It’s eating higher amounts of some foods and less amounts of others. It’s knowing which muscles need to be stretched and which muscles need to be strengthened.
With a personal trainer, you get all the guesswork taken out of whether or not something will actually work for you. You get a trained fitness professional with the know-how to make a workout plan just for you and will be there with you every step of the way.
