Last winter I found myself amidst the seasonal blues. I had recently moved to a different state, started a new job, and was far away from family. All the changes and dreary weather took a toll on my moods and energy levels. I was losing my positive attitude, and knew it was my mindset that needed to change. So for Christmas I asked my family to look for motivational and inspiring wellness books; things like empowering poetry or uplifting quotes. And my family came through!
I want to share four books I received that have helped boost my happiness this year as I’ve shifted my focus from the negative to the positive aspects of life.
