Fit means something different to everyone. It comes in all shapes and sizes and is perceived differently depending on your age.
But we can all pretty much agree that when you’re “fit,” it means you’re healthy.
You watch what you eat, you incorporate exercise into your daily life, and you have a decent amount of endurance and strength.
Even though fitness can be achieved by different means, there are a few habits that MOST fit people have in common. Many healthy and fit people I know do these things. And it shows!
