I can’t believe I’ve taken so long to write this post.
If this is your first time on Content With Coffee, you can probably tell by the giant header above: this is not a blog about coffee.
It’s a blog about health and wellness with a little tribute to coffee because it’s part of my everyday self-care routine. Health and wellness means appreciating the little things in life that make us happy. Coffee does that for me, as well as millions of other people all around the world every day.
Today we’re talking about how to lose excess weight in one particularly annoying place: your belly.
Or are we? Stick with me here as I reveal the secrets no one’s ever told you about how to lose belly fat.
First things first: losing belly fat isn’t exactly easy. If you’re prone to storing fat there, it will take dedication and discipline. But it is possible.
“It’s not been easy to find a healthy one of these, but after scouring the stores I finally did find it!”
Today I’m deviating from my normal stance of eating only whole foods. Okay, well I never said to eat only whole foods. That would be highly impractical and virtually impossible for all of us to put into practice.
While I still stand behind the idea that eating natural, unprocessed foods is one of the healthiest things we can do for our bodies, I get that we can’t do that all the time. We have appointments to make, meetings to attend, and other responsibilities that pull us away from the kitchen. To expect everyone to make all their food from scratch all the time is ridiculous.
So I’ve been on a mission to find healthy, store-bought sauces that I feel I can stand behind.
