Halloween can be the death of all well-intentioned health kicks. Regardless of where you are in your health journey, it’s damn near impossible to pass up on a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup – especially if it’s in the shape of a pumpkin. Gotta love holiday themed food, am I right?

I think it’s very important not to deprive yourself. We should all take part in the things we love. As an avid Skittles lover, I just can’t say no completely. But there’s a big difference between one Kit Kat and seven of them. Remember, portion sizes are crucial to any healthy lifestyle.
